Q: Why is my dashboard empty? A: Your dashboard populates as you add employees and log feedback. Start by adding your first team member — it only takes a minute.

Q: How do I set up my first project? A: Navigate to the Projects tab, click “Add Project,” and fill in the details. You can assign it to a team member and log feedback directly from the project view.

Employees

Q: Can I import an employee list? A: Yes. ManageBetter supports CSV uploads for bulk employee import. Go to Settings > Team > Import Employees to get started.

Feedback

Q: How do you ensure AI-generated reviews are personal and fair? A: ManageBetter’s AI generates review drafts based on the specific feedback you’ve logged — not generic templates. Every draft is editable, and we recommend reviewing before sending to ensure it fully reflects your intent.

Q: How do I find a specific feedback phrase? A: Use your browser’s built-in search (Cmd+F on Mac, Ctrl+F on Windows) to search within the phrase library by keyword or competency.
