There are many software programs available to help leads manage one-on-ones. We did the research for you. We’ve highlighted features about a few one-on-one software applications to help you decide which one-on-one management software works best for you and your team.

Special features

While all four software applications shared many great functionalities, each had at least one unique feature the other applications didn’t. Here are the ones that stood out from each:

Fellow’s application appears to be the most compatible with third-party software applications. Some third-party applications with integration capabilities include:

  • Slack

  • Office365

  • Google Suite

  • Google Calendar

  • HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, etc.)

SoapBox uses a “balance framework” to enable their smart suggestions feature to recommend topics you aren’t covering by looking at how much time is spent on each topic (i.e. growth, motivation, communication, etc.). 

15Fives has a quick-action drop down menu allowing users to easily set actions items. They also offer a question bank which contains dozens of curated questions on various topics.

SoapBox has two plans available:

  1. 5 or less users = free (unlimited time, limited functionality)

  2. Depends on number of users:

    6-100: $7 per month
