Originating from Seattle, we are dedicated to helping managers streamline their management processes and improve their team's performance. Since 2019, weβve tested eight different versions of ManageBetter to finally bring to you our best and most efficient design yet.

Lewis C. Lin
CEO & Interim CTO
Lewis grew up in Southern California. He graduated with an MBA from Northwestern Universityβs Kellogg School of Management and has a computer science degree from Stanford University π².
He is an entrepreneur, tech executive, and Amazon bestselling author. He was named by CNN as one of the "top 10 job tweeters you should be following." He has also been featured on FOX, ABC News, San Francisco Chronicle, The Atlantic, The Telegraph, and Business Insider.
Calvin Cheng
Co-founder
Calvin, a Toronto native π¨π¦ and an alumnus of the University of Toronto, graduated with high distinction in July 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering.
With extensive experience in full-stack development, Calvin's expertise lies in frontend and mobile development. When he's not immersed in code, Calvin enjoys savoring coffee with more sugar than caffeine, indulging in bouldering, staying active with workouts, and eagerly planning his next overseas adventure.
Georgina Petreska
Intern
Georgina grew up in Skopje, North Macedonia π²π°. After completing the International Baccalaureate at UWC Pearson College, BC Canada in 2023, she joined the University of Chicago class of 2027 to earn an undergraduate degree in Economics.
At the University of Chicago, she is involved with undergraduate finance and consulting groups, including the UChicago Credit Rating Group, Phoenix Development Funds, and Women in Economics. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and creative writing.
Evan Yang
Intern
Evan grew up in Staten Island, New York π½. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Stevens Institute of Technology.
His career goals are centered around Software Engineering, specifically full-stack web development. He also has an interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence that he hopes to explore more during his degree. His hobbies include video games, basketball and rock climbing.
Aravind Gunasekaran
Intern
Aravind hails from Central New Jersey and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Robotics π€, at Carnegie Mellon University.
Aravind's career aspirations involve working on Formula SAE, and he is an active member of the electrical team for Carnegie Mellon Racing π. His academic and personal interests include machine learning, app development, and computer vision.
In his leisure time, Aravind enjoys staying active through volleyball, rock climbing, and practicing Taekwondo.
