Article guidelines

Topic: The topics we gravitate towards include management, leadership, employee engagement, feedback, performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, etc.

Titles: Choose a title that is eyecatching and grabs the reader’s attention. These Copyblogger templates are a great source of inspiration.

Word limit: Aim for the 500-800 words range. 900 words is the upper limit. The average read time for our articles is about 3-4 mins.

Scanability: Readers love to be able to quickly scan through content and easily grasp the main takeaways. Make use of bullet points, numbered lists, and headings to break up sections.
