It’s no surprise that feedback is a crucial ingredient to an employee’s growth and success. 96% of employees say they want to hear feedback regularly. Yet, despite the need for more frequent feedback, we don’t do it often enough. 

Giving concise, detailed, and valuable feedback takes time. When giving great feedback takes up such a large portion of our time, we don’t get the luxury of doing it as often as we’d like to when we can instead devote our attention to meeting business goals.

With ManageBetter’s new ReviewBuilder, constructing feedback is now possible in just a matter of minutes.

Managers, peers, and employees can simply generate a performance review by selecting from over 3,000+ unique phrases, across 30 categories. Once feedback phrases are selected, our feedback generator will craft a performance review based on the categories of those phrases and the positive or negative attributes of each phrase. Users can export or copy the review to share with peers or with HR for performance review purposes. We also encourage users to make further refinements and to include examples of feedback when needed to ensure feedback is of the highest quality.
