  • If you need to disconnect the ADP integration at any time, you will be presented with two options with which to disconnect: now and future date.

    • If you choose to disconnect the integration now, ADP will charge a $360 integration fee to reconnect.

    • If you choose to disconnect the integration for a future date, ADP will charge a $360 integration fee to reconnect after the future date set when disconnecting.

Setup in 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Purchase the ManageBetter connector through the ADP Marketplace.

  2. Enter your ManageBetter subdomain (e.g., "microsoft").

  3. Complete the order with credit card info.

  4. Log into ManageBetter through ADP to complete the consent request.

  5. Optional: Add IT Admin Users.

Assign IT Admin Users:

  • IT admins administer integrations and SSO.

  • In ADP, navigate to My Apps > ManageBetter app icon > gear > Assign Users.

  • Add/remove IT admin users from the ManageBetter app.

Syncing Options

  • Auto-Sync: Automatically sync employees nightly at 12 am PST.

  • Manual Sync: Sync manually by clicking the blue Sync button.

Making Changes to Users

  • Export Employee CSV: Export employee data to a CSV file.

  • Update Fields: Make necessary updates to the fields.

  • Re-upload CSV: Re-upload the CSV to make changes to users not existing in ADP.
